All Hands In designs experiential workshops that help people practice soft skills—not just talk about them.

Our mission is to empower, educate, and train participants in essential human skills like awareness, adaptability, communication, and collaboration. We believe these skills are best learned through experience, not lectures—which is why play is at the center of everything we do.

Using creative, play-based exercises (including puppetry), our workshops create a low-stakes, high-impact environment where participants can explore real dynamics in real time. Through hands-on exploration, professionals gain insight into how they show up on teams, how they respond under pressure, and how they can communicate and collaborate more effectively.

All Hands In workshops are designed to support participants in becoming more self-aware teammates, grounded leaders, and responsive collaborators—while reminding them that growth doesn’t have to be rigid or boring. Sometimes, the fastest way to learn is to play.
