ALL HER WORK
About All Her Work
All Her Work is a virtual education and practice space for women working with nervous system literacy, multigenerational stress physiology, cycle-based body awareness, and ancestral grief. The system is built from structured protocols developed over a decade of practice and research — including nervous system state detection, multigenerational regulation mapping, female rhythmic terrain therapy, and somatic grief work. Sessions run across group, 1:1, and coursework formats, with a practitioner certification pathway for those training to deliver the work. All offerings are virtual and rooted in evidence-based frameworks alongside ancestral and somatic traditions.
About the Host
I am a millennial woman, mother, and graduate researcher in Wisdom Studies currently completing a case-based structural analysis of multigenerational attachment rupture and stress calibration across a six-generation maternal lineage. That research is the foundation this system is built from — not as background, but as methodology.
My work sits at the intersection of stress neurobiology, attachment science, somatic practice, cycle physiology, and ancestral grief. I am autistic, I live with CPTSD, and both shape the precision and the lens I bring to this work. I have spent over a decade developing the protocols, frameworks, and educational architecture that All Her Work delivers.
I work virtually with women across Canada.
