The Black Joy Foundation was established as a Non-profit/501C3 in April 2021. We have and will continue to create environments where Black Youth can experience pure delight without fear of Judgement. Our most significant impact is achieved during our Annual Black Boy Joy Retreat hosted in several major cities including Oakland, California; Columbus, Ohio; Orangeburg, South Carolina, and Bowman, South Carolina. Our five foundational pillars of Economic Financial Literacy, Leadership, Teamwork, Self-Actualization, and Life Skills serve as a guide to implementing enjoyable programs and activities for the youth that also promote learning and growth.
