Canada Cares is a program of the Canadian Abilities Foundation, which is the only national, cross-disability organization that focuses on the needs of young children, teens, adults and older adults living with invisible and visible disabilities and chronic or temporary medical conditions that affect their quality of life. The organization manages a network for exchanging information. It delivers innovative projects and programs to educate and promote inclusion and opportunities for kids, teens and adults with disabilities, their families, and older adults and their caregivers.
