Dahoam1516

Dahoam1516 is a nonprofit school and social club in Alameda, California, hosting hands-on cooking and brewing classes and experiences. Taught by passionate seasoned chefs and homebrewers, our small, beginner-friendly classes focus on classic Bavarian/German cuisine and brewcraft. All classes are in English, so participants can explore their culinary and brewing interests in a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Dahoam means the feeling of home, and that is how we want everyone to feel.

We also provide a private event space and experiences for your team and office and family and friend gatherings. Give them something truly unique, including a private Brewhouse; a large community kitchen; and Biergarten and Hopfgarten.
