Discover Year

Discover Year is an innovative one-year life skills program that helps young adults better understand what they want in life, and build the skills they need to go out and get it. Our students build stronger self-awareness, confidence, communication skills and resilience to thrive in whatever education or career path they take. They achieve these results through essential skills workshops, work terms, travel, mentorship and coaching, and community service.

Our headquarters are located in Ottawa, Ontario with two learning hubs in Toronto, Ontario and Boston, Massachusetts. Our program is also aailable online for students around the world.
