Durham Environment and Climate Advisory Committee

The Durham Environment and Climate Advisory Committee (DECAC) is a Council-appointed citizen volunteer committee that provides advice on the environmental impacts of planning matters and promotes community outreach and stewardship through various activities that support climate mitigation and adaptation, and environmental awareness and appreciation across Durham Region.
