Turbo Beat classes provide the equipment, structured workouts and motivation to help you maximize intense fitness efforts.  As part of a mixed group, you work to your own heart rate zones to complete the workout guided by our coaches. During the class we advise on positioning, gearing and effort as well as providing lots of encouragement.
