Is the gallery free to visit?
There is no admission fee to visit the exhibits. The Foundation for the Study of Objective Art supports the gallery and ensures it is open to the public. As a charitable foundation no profit is made from the sale of books or cards, which may be available at reception. Donations are welcome.
Is the gallery accessible for those with mobility needs?
Our heritage building requires stairs to access all galleries; ten steps to access the main level and more to reach the upper floors as well as the basement studio and washroom.
How often do you change shows?
The nine galleries over four floors are changing at different intervals. The Collage Gallery on the second floor has new work as often as every month while the Genesis Gallery on the main level can evolve as often as every two months. Curator deborah harris may update or add work on any given day.
Do you offer guided tours?
Tours available at most times in English, French and Spanish.
