Welcome! My name is Giuseppe, and LoveMyPizza is the name my dear friend Dale and I chose to represent the diverse range of baking projects I work on every day. As a passionate baker, I've always been fascinated by gluten products, from the humble seeds to the final flour product. The art of mixing and cooking any baked good is truly a marvel to me. While my initial focus was on artisan bread, my passion for baking led me to study different varieties of pizza, such as Neapolitan, Detroit, Traditional, and Romana, just to name a few.
It's remarkable to me how a few basic ingredients, such as flour, water, yeast, and salt, can be combined in millions of ways to generate an infinite variety of products. Now, I'm excited to promote some live events to share some of what I've learned in my hometown of Italy and around the world.
