Growth Gathering Montreal
Hi everyone!
We, Nika Airikainen and Tatyana Alexandrova, are a Certified Business Coach and an entrepreneur in Tech and Digital Marketing.
We are also the founders the GROWTH GATHERING - monthly business meetups for entrepreneurs in Montreal.
We have launched our project in June 2025 for Russian speaking audience and it took off instantly. In December 2025 we decided to expand for wider audience. So we are working hard to bring to the Greater Montreal business scene events that a truly meaningful and value driven.
Our goal is to help entrepreneurs:
- Build a local business community.
- Exchange experiences, ideas and motivation.
- Create joint projects.
- Find clients and partners.
- Gain new knowledge and skills through discussions, masterminds, business games, and case studies.
Our mission is to:
- Provide informational, legal, psychological, and social support to local entrepreneurs.
- Positively impact the development of small business and suppprt ethical and sustainable entrepreneurship in Montreal.
