IDEA’s mission is to expand employment opportunities for persons with disabilities by focusing on employer capacity to recruit, hire, onboard, retain, mentor and promote persons with disables across the full range of employment opportunities. A social innovation laboratory, IDEA houses five incubator hubs that cover the full range of areas of expertise required for building employer capacity.

Each hub develops, evaluates and scales solutions within their areas of focus through a partnered, knowledge-to-practice approach. Where possible, IDEA builds solutions based on innovations with a proven track record in workplaces.
