Kay Zhang

I am a passionate lover of all healing modalities. I have been searching, studying and practising many disciplines of healing tools. I find Reiki is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. After practising reiki for over 5 years, I gained my master teacher certificate in February this year. I am thrilled to spread this ancient knowledge to as many as I can reach.

I practise meditation and breathwork daily. I am also a yoga/meditation teacher and life coach.
