Hi I’m Kayla - a mom of three and former NICU parent. Arielle’s Snack Bar is a heartfelt initiative inspired by my daughter Arielle, who was born at 32 weeks. After spending a month in the NICU, I recognized a significant gap in support for families—specifically, the lack of complementary food and beverage options for parents during such a challenging time. Arielle’s Snack Bar was created to provide convenient, comforting, and nourishing snack options for NICU families. The mission is to bridge this gap and push the boundaries in hospital care, ensuring families receive the support they need during their most trying moments.
