Rachel is a Professional Art Therapist and RP(Qualifying) dedicated to supporting adults through individual psychotherapy and therapeutic groups. She sees therapy as a collaborative process, grounded in relationship.
With over 16 years of experience managing arts education and community engagement, Rachel brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and creative leadership to her practice. Her career includes managing teams and designing impactful programs at organizations such as the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, TO Live, and Nova Dance.
Rachel has facilitated therapeutic art workshops with groups that bring a wide range of needs and experiences, including newcomers to Canada, folks experiencing homelessness, and dance artists exploring creative care practices. Rachel has developed and led museum-based workshops that invite adults to access play, creativity, and meaningful engagement with art.
Rachel offers individual art psychotherapy in a warm and grounding environment, creating a nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported in addressing your needs, at your pace. She integrates multiple approaches including arts-based, somatic (body-based), and trauma-informed practices, among others, prioritizing your safety and personal agency. She works with those navigating a wide range of experiences including anxiety, grief, life transitions, identity loss, creative block, stress, burnout, loneliness, or feeling stuck. Rachel’s practice is currently welcoming new individuals seeking personalized and compassionate psychotherapy.
