Michelle Anhang, BA, PCC, CPCC
I am a Certified Professional Coach, Speaker and Facilitator who specializes in supporting individuals and families living with mental health challenges as well as those moving forward after loss. As a suicide loss survivor and someone who lives with depression and anxiety, I am passionate about educating and eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide, creating a more unified mental healthcare system, and empowering people to create a life that supports their mental wellbeing.
I hold a BA in Psychology from York University and was trained at the Coaches Training Institute, through which I became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a graduate of CTI's 10-month Co-Active Leadership Program. I am a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor in partnership with the Mental Health Commission of Canada and am trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Training for Emotional Resilience (MTER), as well as suicide awareness through SAFEtalk.
