Nerd Nite Calgary

Nerd Nite is a monthly event, where we bring in 3 speakers to present on some educational topics in a fun and entertaining way ... while we have some drinks.

Topic wise, we typically stick to science, technology and “nerd” stuff (whatever that is) but really, if there is a interesting topic out there that would click with our community and folks in general, we’ll bring it in.  We are not an academic event so topics are not presented as such, but we also ask the presenters to keep the level of their presentation engaging and interesting, not oversimplifying it (assuming the topic is not quantum physics or something similar).
