Pamela Wirth
Pamela Wirth’s style of teaching yoga is gentle and encouraging, highlighting the combination of breath and movement to discover ease, strength and flexibility. Her classes invite students to take cues from their own body to find what feels right in in each moment.
Pamela has found her way to the yoga mat time and time again through many years and life changes; most recently the adventures of menopause and empty nest. Mindful movement, breathwork and nature connection have been a deeply nourishing and stabilizing part of her life for decades. Especially during stressful times these practices always illuminate her way back to a calmer center and positive perspective.
Pamela has practiced yoga for over 25 years and is certified to teach by Asheville Yoga Center and Yoga Alliance. She is an experienced life coach, rite of passage mentor, forest therapy guide and circlework facilitator.
