After spending more than 20 years, in varied industries, exploring, dissecting and improving the way with which people communicate and understand each other, Pascale has developed a personal approach in coaching to provide tools and skills to her clients to improve the quality of their relationships.

In 2021, Pascale decided to shift gears and use her talents to serve an audience very dear to her heart: families. She recently founded Parent Lead Coaching, helping parents to better communicate with their teenagers and become the leader their kid needs. She hosts frequent free Masterminds to support parents in their growth.
