Patricia Koutsoukos
Hello, I’m Patricia Koutsoukos, a dedicated psychotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve their personal goals and overcome challenges.
My journey into psychology was profoundly influenced by my own experiences with personal loss and grief, which inspired me to shift my career focus to support others through their own difficulties. With a background in teaching, I bring a wealth of patience and a supportive approach to my practice.
I hold a double major in Kinesiology and Psychology from York University, and I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. My extensive volunteer work at Baycrest Hospital, SickKids, the YMCA, and other organizations across Toronto has underscored the importance of helping individuals prioritize themselves and establish healthy boundaries.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on transforming automatic thoughts and behaviors to foster personal growth and well-being. My goal is to assist you in re-evaluating your thoughts and actions to enhance your overall quality of life.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey to positive change.
