Having personally navigated and healed from SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), Peggy understands firsthand how nutrition plays a crucial role in wellness and recovery. This experience fuels her commitment to helping others discover the joy and benefits of whole food, plant-based eating through personalized coaching and hands-on cooking classes. She founded Gut Healthy to make healthy cooking accessible, delicious, and fun, empowering beginners and seasoned home cooks alike to create nourishing meals that support their well-being and lifestyle. Gut Healthy offers virtual nutrition coaching, personalized assessments, and engaging cooking experiences designed to inspire confidence and curiosity in the kitchen.
