The purpose of events is to assist members in gaining understanding, education and experience in elements associated with the construction industry which they may not otherwise be exposed.

To organise events which provide opportunity for women and men engaged in the construction industry, either directly or indirectly in Far North Queensland region. These events will be held in conjunction with businesses where the business works with the association for the benefit of the association to host the events.

To provide following the event a networking opportunity where the women can meet other members of the construction industry in a social environment providing opportunity for new contacts to assist them in gaining knowledge, understanding and education pertaining to the construction industry.

To promote engagement of females and males within the construction industry in an effort to see the region achieve true equality and diversity for all in the construction industry. To promote events, engagement, and access to events to achieve equality with major cities in relation to access to events.

To support other organisations in the promotion of education of females including areas of apprenticeships and advanced education in an effort to achieve true equality and diversity in the construction industry of Queensland.
