Savannah Z. Wyker is originally from St. Louis, but, coming from a family of service men and women, grew up all over the U.S. She moved to Tampa, Florida when she was 10 and now calls the Sunshine State her forever home. After going to high school in Boca Raton, she moved up to Orlando to attend UCF for a degree in Art History. While studying, she presented research in Rome, was the President of multiple student organizations, and worked three jobs to put herself through school without any debt. She graduated cum laude and was chosen as one of the top female leaders at UCF by her professors and community leaders. Before making the jump to real estate, she had worked her way up to the Gallery Director position at a Fine Art firm where she handled business and events with artists, interior designers, museum boards, developers, and the public.

So, why did she jump? Well, in short, she wanted to serve others in a greater capacity with greater flexibility. Growing up, she saw her strong, single mom sell houses in Missouri, and she always marveled at her mom's perseverance, uncanny wit, and relentless grit. Her mother had chosen Real Estate because it was the only flexible job where she could drop off and pick up Savannah and her little brother from the bus stop every day. As a child, Savannah wanted to follow in her mom's footsteps, and after dabbling in curation, design, and fine art, she finally made her inner child's dreams come true by pursuing a career in Real Estate!

Savannah's overall goal is to be a servant leader: to lead with a humble yet powerful heart. In every avenue of life, she gives her all and yearns for others to feel loved, respected, and safe. Her pastor calls her 'the energizer bunny' because she never stops and never ceases to improve herself and those around her. However, all the while, she stays kind and sincerely joyful. Savannah is so eager to channel her diligence into helping her clients create a smooth, enjoyable transaction for one of the biggest financial investments of their lives!

Forever a true artist at heart, she is a published poet, writer, and theatre critic, and is never shy to celebrate all avenues of the arts. She serves as a worship leader, singer, and guitarist on her church's band, and has even dabbled in being a sport parachutist! She lives in Lake Nona with her incredibly kind husband who is (can you guess it?) an artist... and he is also a licensed Real Estate Agent as well.
