The Educator’s Table is a community created to connect, inspire, and empower early childhood educators. Our mission is to provide a welcoming space where educators can gather, reflect, learn from one another, and feel genuinely supported in both their personal and professional growth. We believe that when educators feel seen, valued, and inspired, the quality of care and learning for children naturally rises.
Our vision is to build a thriving, heart-centered community where educators can share openly, recharge emotionally, and bring fresh ideas back into their classrooms and centres. At The Educator’s Table, every voice has a seat. Every story matters. And every educator belongs.
Founded by Emily Massey and Vicki Parsons, The Educator’s Table brings together two leaders passionate about elevating the early learning field.
Emily Massey is a certified Early Childhood Educator and a leading innovator in play-based learning. Known for her creativity, reflective practice, and deep understanding of child-centered pedagogy, Emily brings a fresh, inspiring perspective to the profession. Her work embodies curiosity, connection, and the power of meaningful play.
Vicki Parsons is the owner of Happy Dreamers Daycare and a strong advocate for high-quality early learning inspired by the Alberta Flight Framework. With a commitment to holistic development, values-based programming, and educator wellbeing, Vicki is dedicated to raising the bar in childcare by empowering the people at the heart of it: the educators themselves. Her leadership blends creativity, community-building, and a deep understanding of how to support and grow strong teams.
Together, they created The Educator’s Table to give educators a safe, uplifting space to connect as peers, find encouragement, and rediscover the joy that drew them to early childhood education in the first place.
