UCL Grand Challenges
The UCL Grand Challenges were established in 2008 as a ground-breaking grassroots initiative. Since then we have grown into a flagship programme, central to UCL's vision as an institution that tackles issues of global concern. We work by facilitating cross-disciplinary and cross-boundary research, enabling colleagues across UCL to work with each other and with partners outside the university. We aim to build the collaborations required to develop holistic solutions to complex global problems.
