I’m a nature and folklore fine line tattoo artist, yoga teacher, and sound facilitator, based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. I work under the name Nettles Daughter (formerly Unearthed Rituals), a name rooted in my connection to the land, nature, and our own natural rhythms.

My work sits at the meeting point of art, movement, and sound, and I often weave these elements together in the events I hold. Alongside tattooing, I teach yoga and facilitate sound sessions, creating experiences that encourage people to slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in their bodies.

I’m a fully qualified yoga teacher in Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, and I work with Solfeggio-tuned crystal bowls, pipes, and other instruments to support deep rest, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. My background in meditation allows mindfulness to run gently through everything I offer.

After stepping away from a high-stress career, returning to art and retraining in these practices completely reshaped my life and the way I work. That journey continues to inform how I hold space — grounded, thoughtful, and inclusive.

All of my events are welcoming and beginner-friendly, offering a calm, inclusive space to slow down, rest, connect, and simply be.
