Kat Novotna is a Forest Therapy Guide, Founder of Way Back Home and EcoNIDRA™, Council Facilitator and Teacher of Presence. Kat's passion and mission are to help you to reconnect deeply with yourself and with nature, via scientifically proven techniques based on deep relaxation, slowing down, learning to listen to our body, more presence, kindness and remembering the relationship between humans and the planet.

Kat was trained and certified by world experts and great mentors in Forest Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Council Facilitation, as a Teacher of Presence, Wellbeing Inspired by Nature Consultant, Holistic Nutrition & Life Coach, in Wilderness First Aid, Cross-Cultural Communication and Linguistics, and have 20 years of experience in training adults, (online) trainings and community building for nature connection related projects.
