Nourished ATX came about as a dream but also a need to provide healthy on-the-go options. Created by Holistic Chefs Michelle Reynoso and Aya Hasegawa who's holistic approach focuses on gut and microbiome health and overall well-being.
From adaptogenic foods and mindful cooking practices, with a focus on clean ingredients and locally sourced produce, our main goal is reestablishing our connection with food. We believe food is meant to provide us nourishment, vitality and well-being.
