OUR MISSIONThe Tuberculosis Symposium Planning Committee strives to present a quality learning experience for health professionals focused on tuberculosis prevention and management. Organized and coordinated by dedicated volunteers, the TB (Edmonton) Symposium is held every two years.

OUR OBJECTIVESIt is the objective of the Symposium Committee that attending delegates will:. Be aware of current trends in the epidemiology of TB in Canada and throughout the world. Be apprised of current techniques and technology in diagnosis, management and treatment. Identify strategies to improve prevention, service delivery, clinical practice, and accessibility . Engage in active dialogue with expert TB researchers, clinicians and decision makers.
