Christine is a chef from Edmonton Alberta, who has worked at various restaurants around Edmonton, and was a founder of the collaborative pop-up group, Staff Meal Edmonton. Christine recently spent time cooking in Europe, where she worked at La Buvette & Cafe des Spores in Brussels, and interned under Kobe Desramaults One Michelin starred restaurant In De Wulf. She eventually helped to open their new restaurant De Superette as a Chef de Partie. Christine is currently working in Edmonton at Acme Meat Market as a butcher and will soon be the head chef of the new Ritchie Market Restaurant.
