Women’s Health in Women’s Hands Community Health Centre (WHIWH CHC) provides primary healthcare to racialized women living in Metropolitan Toronto and surrounding municipalities, prioritizing those from Caribbean, African, Latin American and South Asian communities. WHIWH-CHC is committed to working from an inclusive feminist, pro-choice, anti-racist, anti-oppression, and multilingual participatory framework in addressing the issue of access to healthcare for its mandated priority populations encompassing gender, gender identity, race, class, violence, sexual orientation, religion, culture, language, disability, immigration status and socio-economic circumstances. Some of the services and programs they offer include family medical services, counsellors, wellness programs,HIV/AIDS and sexual health services, diabetes prevention and care, prenatal/postnatal support, community programs, and social support.
