کندو جایی است برای گرد هم آمدن. جایی است که به بهانه ارزشمند فرهنگ و هنر جمع می‌شویم‌. لانه زنبورهاست و محصولش شیرین است.کندو جایی است برای خلاق بودن، سودمند بودن و سودمندی‌اش برای جان باهمستان ایرانیانی دورمانده از سرزمین مادری است، برای بالا بردن کیفیت رابطه با سرزمین پهناور و بی‌مرزی که فرهنگ می‌نامیمش.ما؛ جمعی از هنرمندان و نویسندگان و اهالی فرهنگ ساکن تورنتو که به اختیار یا اجبار بخشی از رنگارنگی فرهنگی این دیار هزار ملت شده‌ایم، دعوتتان می‌کنیم تا با ما همراه شوید.قرار است کارگاه‌های هنر و ادبیات داشته باشیم و کندویمان جایی شود برای معرفی کتاب‌های تازه منتشرشده و آثار تازه متولد شده‌. می‌خواهیم به مدد خلاقیت، دنیای پیرامونمان را اندکی بهتر کنیم و زهر روزگار را بگیریم تا کاممان کمی شیرین‌تر شود.باید بتوانیم... با هم می‌توانیم.
