This event is a nurturing co creation between Sound Therapy and Reiki.A Sound Bath is a meditative experience that includes a vast collection of ancient &amp; modern instruments played intuitively by Kira. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine that encourages emotional healing, offered by Erin throughout our session. The combination of nature, intention setting, Reiki and Sound therapy will amplify the depth of your experience as you will be receiving it all.It is once we make the time and space to care for ourselves as a whole we create opportunities for creativity, brilliance and well being. it all starts within.* No previous experience is needed at all.* You are welcome to bring anything that would support your comfort during this experience (blanket, pillow, yoga mat, water or tea etc)*You will receive an instructional email the day before.* This class is accessible for most, however if there are special considerations you wish to discuss please email kira directly at kirastolberg@gmail.com* At least 48hr notice is required to get a refund.
