A Weekend TM Retreat gives you an opportunity to spend an extended period of time gaining profound, revitalizing rest.

Experience deep rest and rejuvenation over a Weekend TM Retreat.This weekend course is designed to give you additional TM practice and insightful knowledge about the evolution of higher states of consciousness.During the TM Retreat, you can experience a level of rest and rejuvenation that goes beyond what daily life typically allows.It's an excellent opportunity to deepen your meditation practice and dedicate yourself to getting maximum rest. Course Overview<ul><li>Deep rest and profound experiences through an extended TM program.</li><li>Engaging and inspiring knowledge sessions on The Maharishi Effect, The Superradiance Effect, and hear from a special guest sharing their experience at the 10,000 course in India.</li></ul><ul><li>Instruction in Yoga Asana (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises).</li><li>Delicious home-style meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch.</li></ul> Logistics:Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre is located directly across from Niagara Falls itself, and although sometimes the trees camouflage the falls, we can hear the falls and feel the refreshing air that it generates.Each person will have their own private room with a full bathroom. Most beds are twin size. There are a few rooms with full size beds. Early registrants get first choice, by request, as available.Note: Mount Carmel’s policy: rates are per person, not per room. i.e. there is no discount for doubling up. As a TM Retreat is structured for deepest possible rest, it is recommended that couples take advantage of this situation and occupy two rooms.Home-made vegetarian meals made by experienced kitchen staff famous for their good food. Special dietary requirements are available by advance request.The retreat will be led by TM teachers Lynne and James Hea. Carpooling AvailableWe'll be arranging carpools from Toronto to the course in Niagara Falls. If you can offer a ride or will need a lift, please let us know so we can help coordinate rides. Course Fee: $495 +HST per personYour course fee includes six meals, two night stays (private room with bath), tuition, and parking.Please register on Eventbrite.
