Can I reserve my seats?

We are a general admission facility, which means first come first served. If you require accessibility accommodations, please reach out to StFrancisCentre@ajax.ca and a member of our team will reach out to assist you.

When do the doors open?

The building will open one hour before the event begins, where you can enjoy our concessions in our lobby, and the doors to the theatre will generally open a half hour before the event begins for folks to grab their seats.
