CPAC, formerly known as the Chinese Professionals Association of Canada, is a multi-dimensional organization that is an association of professionals, a career service provider, and a developing think tank.For over 30 years, CPAC has been serving the community of internationally educated professionals with their credential recognition, licensure, skills upgrading, cultural integration, employment, professional development and leadership development. The organization now has close to 31,000 members from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds with a wide range of professional training and skills.CPAC also facilitates, through CPAC Institute, the understanding and elimination of systemic racism and barriers to equity, diversity and inclusion, through research, education and training, with the goal of achieving the full potential of a diverse and inclusive Canadian society.

<h3><strong><strong>What It Is</strong></strong></h3><p>A special program designed to train aspiring problem solvers and engineers to get the qualifications required to enter the high paying field of risk management. Participants will learn to design and create a generic risk measurement engine to assist risk managers in the financial industry.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong><strong>Who Should Attend</strong></strong></h3><ul><li>Are you a high-caliber problem solver with strong analytical and programming skills?</li><li>Are you a top-tier analyst with a keen interest in financial risk management?</li><li>Are you a skilled programmer or financial engineer with the ambition to develop innovative tools for measuring financial risks?</li><li>Have you ever wondered how to apply first principles thinking to analyze real-world problems?</li></ul><p>If you answered yes to any of these questions, this training program could be the key to accelerating your career with less effort!</p><p><br></p><h3><strong><strong>About the Instructor</strong></strong></h3><p>A senior leader and experienced instructor with a PhD and 30 years of experience in risk management in major financial institutions, with many students enjoying highly rewarding careers on Bay Street.
