Join Jen Lang for this unique and powerful meditation and sound journeying experience!As this evening particular Soundscape falls on the final Full Moon of 2024, we will be reflecting on the balance of light and dark in all areas of our lives and making decisions about what will come with us into 2025, as well as what we can leave behind.Following the ceremony and guided reflection practice , Jen will guide you on a sound and meditation journey like no other, by combining the power of singing bowls, her voice, and intuitive guidance.During this 2 hour ceremony and meditation experience, you can set the intention for the journey your soul wishes to travel – from deep release and relaxation, to gentle activation and healing. Bring your journals, pens, and cushions for what is sure to be an illuminating and beautiful evening.Please note: This event is at a private home that is also home to two dogs. Although they will not be present in the event space, if you have sensitivities to dogs, please consider joining me for a different event in the future :).Please bring:Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and whatever you may need to feel comfortable in the space. Please note your body temperature may fluctuate during the meditation – bring blankets! A journal may also be a good idea to record any wisdom or downloads you might have.
