STARTS OCTOBER 8th 2024 @ 7:30PM - 9:00PM - RUNS FOR 10 WEEKS EVERY TUESDAY EVENINGThis Biblical Living Group for Anxiety for Women is a faith-based support group rooted in the principles of biblical counseling. This compassionate community provides a safe and nurturing space for individuals dealing with anxiety to come together and find solace, guidance, and healing.Members of the Biblical Living Group meet weekly to share their experiences and challenges related to anxiety. Guided by certified biblical counselors, they explore anxiety from a gospel centered perspective, drawing wisdom from the Bible. The group emphasizes the importance of faith, trust, and surrender to God in the process of managing anxiety.Through group discussions, videos, prayer, and reflection on relevant scriptures, participants learn practical strategies for coping with anxiety, such as developing resilience, renewing their minds, and seeking God's peace. The group also fosters a sense of community and mutual support, helping individuals realize that they are not alone in their struggles.The Biblical Living Group encourages personal growth and self-awareness, emphasizing the role of faith in overcoming anxiety. It promotes a holistic approach that addresses the emotional, spiritual, and behavioral aspects of anxiety. Members are encouraged to identify the roots of their anxiety, practice self-compassion, and embrace the transformative power of their faith.After enrolling you will given the weekly meeting link and access to the workbook.This group is specifically for women and you will be required to have your camera on.There are no refunds for this support group.
