Literacy Link South Central is a literacy information and referral network serving the 6 counties of Oxford, Elgin, Middlesex, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk. In our role supporting adult Literacy and Basic Skills programs, we promote the importance of literacy in the lives of Ontarians, coordinate service planning, create training material, and provide professional development opportunities.
