Calgary's tech community comes alive every week at Tech Thursdays. Come meet the founders, builders and entrepreneurs shaping what's next! Join us every Thursday at 4:30pm.

We're co-hosting an event with Calgary Economic Development on the Film and TV industry in Calgary. Over recent years, this sector has seen tremendous growth, including have the HBO series 'Last of Us' filmed here in Calgary. The conversation will talk about exciting developments in the space, barriers to its growth, and what the future might look like.Our speakers are:<ul><li>Matt Gillespie, President &amp; CEO at Joe Media Group Inc.</li><li>Marc Kronewitt, Business Development at Denvr Dataworks</li><li>Erin O'Connor, Sr. Manager, Creative Economy at Calgary Economic Development</li><li>Julian Black Antelope, Actor at Pathfinders Film Institute</li></ul> This event series happens every week at the Pioneer. Doors open at 4:30pm, the panel starts at 5pm.
