Self-Shiatsu to DestressDo you want help winding down? Join shiatsu professional Lamia Gibson for a free 45 minute workshop on how to use Self-Shiatsu techniques for the face, head and neck in a style intended to help regulate stress and trauma responses. Learn this simple technique achieve some calm with minimal mental effort.Join us for this workshop which will include a 30 minute practice followed by 15 minutes resting together and Question and Answer. Please have hand sanitizer or nearby sink and soap to wash hands.
