Certified Yoga Instructor and Licensed Zumba Instructor, inspired by teachers, peers, mentors and life experiences. Anna has been teaching a variety of dance and yoga classes since 2010 and offering regular, group, corporate and private classes all around the Lower Mainland since 2014. Anna strives to teach her classes with joy and care, making sure they are tailored to the needs and requirements of all participants, while focusing on reminding students to positively challenge themselves through movement.
