An Introduction to Complex Feeding Disorders

I am a paediatric Occupational Therapist who has been working with complex feeding disorders in infants, todders and children for 24 years.  I have attended numerous feeding courses over this period of time across North America and am also Sensory Integration Certified through the University of Southern California.I use an ecclectic approach combining a family focused, oral motor, oral sensory, oral structural and developmental appraoch all with a strong consideration for underlying medical conditions on typical acquisition of feeding skills.  I helped run an interdisciplinary Feeding Team at a Paediatric Treatment Centre for 3 years before opening my full time private practice in Paediatric OT.This is an introductory/intermediate level course

This is an in depth, personalized mentorship in peadiatric feeding assessment, treatment, parent coaching and therapeutic approaches.  We will look at your own tough case studies that have you stumped.  I will discuss the pieces in the puzzle that may have been missed and ways to augment your treatment approach.   Target audience: Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Pathologists.  
This is open to a maximum of 6 participants/session
