I'm excited to be relaunching my Chakras Unleashed course (9 part series) This is an eye-opening and life-changing experience, especially for the yoga enthusiast, and metaphysical practitioner. (No experience required) About the Workshops:
Join us for part 1: an overview into the Chakra systems. This is a free workshop that will introduce you to the Chakras and help you to connect with your energy centers.
Part 2 - Part 8 will deep dive into each chakra, exploring if it is in balance/or out of balance in your life and methods for healing it. You will learn how each energy center plays a role in your physical, emotional and mental experiences. Each session includes a guided journey into the chakra and methods for balancing yours.
 
Part 9: This is the final session where we bring it all together, creating unified energy allowing each center to work and play with the others.
 
You are welcome to join us for any individual session or the entire journey. The first session is free. The entire journey is $175 (9 sessions)  and each individual session is $25.
 
The Chakras:
The chakras are an in-depth pathway to personal power and the meeting point of the mind/body/spirit, the Chakras are often misunderstood (and mistaught) as simply energy centers relating to our physical forms, causing people to miss the deeper and tangible effects they have on our behaviors, beliefs and the way we move through the world in every moment.
The Chakras Unleashed course, is dedicated to taking you further, embarking on a journey uncovering the dynamics of the individual's centers, the formula for wholeness found within the entire system, and the interplay that exists between these energy points, the mind, body, and spirit.
We'll  be covering:
Intro to the Chakras (An Overview) Root Chakra Sacral Chakra Solar Plexus Chakra Heart Chakra Throat Chakra Third Eye Chakra Crown Chakra The Unified Chakra
 
 During these workshops you will work with your energy centers through: - guided trance journeys, - multi-sensory playwork, bioenergetic exercises, - translucid and psychospiritual exploration to lead you into the spiritual and psychological realms of your energy centers. In Chakras Unleashed You Will Discover.... - the daily life relevant qualities of each energy centre: emotional, mental, spiritual and how they govern our beliefs and behaviors - how to assess the health of each energy center, where they are out of alignment anyway it is affecting your personal life- ancient and modern techniques to bring the centres back into balance, releasing unnecessary stories and programs - techniques to relieve and diffuse negative emotions, insecurities, blocks and beliefs- formulas to stimulate and bridge each energy centre so they work in a powerful, free flowing healthy alignment Attend the first online workshop for free which will cover an overview of each chakra! and if you're ready to dive in deeper you can register for the entire series, or the specific chakras you'd like to empower.
