‘Grieving Through the Holidays’ Workshop: Ways to Honour and Navigate Grief through the Holiday Season

Are you wondering how to get through the holiday season after the loss of an important person in your life? Facilitated by a two bereavement counsellors, join us for this online Q&amp;A to discuss grief, and learn tips to help you cope with and navigate grief during the holidays. Along with other people who are also grieving someone important in their life, you and other participants will have an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and learn about how to care for yourselves as you grieve through this holiday season. This is a one-time, interactive and educational Q&amp;A based workshop.This is an online Q&amp;A offered using the Zoom video platform to a limited number of participants. Instructions to participate on Zoom will be given with registration. Please arrive on time.Please note that when registering you are confirming your spot in a workshop with a limited number of spots available, so please do your best to only register if you feel you are able to come.
