You can fully sink into it to receive the maximum benefits. It's been well received througout the region over the last few years through private retreat bookings and group events and I'm so excited to return to St. Andrews in Picton after our first sold out event in June. The gorgeous, open, warm and inviting sanctuary space boats amazing acoustics and was truly made for this sort of evening together. We should wrap up by 8:30 including some optional time for light refreshments &amp; connection afterwards before heading home. General Admission is $65.A number of “Pay What You Can" (honor system) spaces are reserved for those who wish to attend but require an adjustment (no judgements or questions) to make it accessible. Suggested Donation is $22-$55 but I truly never wish for cost to be something that excludes people from these offerings so you are invited to pay what you are able whether that is $1.00 or $65.00**Tickets are non-refundable but CAN be transferred to a friend if you can't make it.PLEASE BRING:<ul><li>Your own Yoga mat</li><li>Water Bottle with water</li><li>Blanket, Cushion/Bolster &amp; Pillow (plus anything to make your sound bath extra cozy).</li><li>Layers of comfortable clothing - temperatures naturally fluxuate during sound meditation.</li><li>Journal &amp; Pen (optional)</li><li>There are a limited number of yoga mats/bolsters available</li></ul>(BY REQUEST IN ADVANCE please - if you don't have your own)**Suitable for ALL experience levels and bodies because we honour our own pace and our body's innate wisdom.Much of this experience will be seated or laying down with some gentle optional movements to warm up the body and prepare it to receive the sound healing &amp; frequencies. IF you require them, I do have two zero gravity chairs - reach out ahead of time to book them, OR you are welcome to use one of the comfortable and supportive chairs at St. Andrews as well if being on the floor on a yoga mat isn’t suitable for your body at this time or at any point during the evening.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~More about this experience:Inviting your own pace, and honouring your own body’s wisdom; we’ll tune in and be guided through some light Kundalini breath work/pranayama and gentle movement to help our bodies and minds settle in for a deep healing session. We’ll bathe in the sounds &amp; vibrations of the Gong and other intuitively selected vibrational instruments (singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum etc.) during a long sonic massage for your cells.You'll receive some hands off group Reiki with chimes and other vibrational instruments as Alicia travels the room giving us each some energy balancing and starts to call our awareness back.A seated group mantra meditation will then bring everyone back from the sound journey gently and help to tap into the healing power of your own voice to close out the experience.You're welcome to float away afterwards, but you'll never be rushed out, and you're invited to stay to connect with light refreshments and to ask questions as well as play and explore the variety of instruments for yourself.The beautiful energy and healing that you experience in a group like this is a deep and clear experience of your OWN beautiful light and a result of you showing up for YOU.
