Join us for a Fitness Class Every Tuesday and Thursday

Even while keeping our distance, we can still stay connected. Our senior lifestyles
 residence is pleased to invite you to join us for our upcoming virtual fitness events.
Join us for some motivational and mood-boosting movement, featuring a variety of strengthening exercises in a supportive and inclusive environment. All fitness levels welcome.
