Wear clothes you can move and stretch in, bring a friend and stay for the heart vibes. This year, KOU has been a healing haven for many - come see what it's all about.Mats and blocks are included - provided by KOU Studios x Half Moon.Tea will be provided before &amp; after class.Classes are 90 minutesTickets $40 + tax &amp; feesClass is hosted in Studio 2 - 2008 Manitoba Street
