Hi, I'm Vera, a life & career coach dedicated to helping women create the best chapter of their life. I teach women how to reduce overwhelm, get clarity on what’s most important to them, connect with their purpose, and build their confidence so they can live a genuine, fulfilled and positive life.

The workshop is in-person at Luminescence Healing, a wellness centre dedicated to helping individuals reach higher levels of health and advanced wellbeing in a calming meditative space using the Energy Enhancement System and other wellness modalities.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep" is a guided meditation practice that leads to a state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness. It involves lying down in a comfortable position while following verbal instructions that guide you through a series of relaxation techniques.
