Whether you're joining to challenge yourself physically, connect with community, or mark a spiritual shift — you are welcome.Why 108?The number 108 holds sacred significance across many traditions — in Yoga, it reflects the wholeness of existence. There are 108 energy lines converging at the heart chakra, 108 Upanishads, 108 moon diameters between the earth and the moon, 108 earth diameters between the sun and the earth, and 108 beads in a mala. Practicing 108 Surya Namaskars becomes a form of devotion, focus, and personal power.Why Sun Salutations?Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is an ancient sequence of movements that awaken your body, connect breath and movement, and honour the life-giving energy of the sun. Practicing them in repetition becomes a meditative, cleansing ritual — especially potent during seasonal transitions.All Levels WelcomeThis event is open to all.
